Director - is a retired police officer with over 30 years law enforcement experience in patrol and investigations.  Director Tarsitano was the sergeant in charge of a large law enforcement training academy and finished his career as a detective sergeant in investigations.  He holds many instructor training certificates.

Chief - is a former municipal police officer with 10 years experience in patrol and investigations.  Chief Tarsitano was an in-service training instructor with a large city police department.  Currently Chief Tarsitano is a certified TASER instructor, an OC Pepper Spray Instructor and a nationally certified Police Mounted Patrol instructor he has assisted a local department in the start-up and training of their mounted unit

Assistant Chief - is a former Deputy Sheriff with 5 years of law enforcement experience.  Assistant Chief Tarsitano has patrol, investigations and extensive experience in building and personnel security. Assistant Chief Tarsitano is a certified TASER instructor, an OC Pepper Spray Instructor.
